The whole basket.
One token.
Index tokens backed by up to 20 assets. Every buy runs through a Uniswap v4 hook that buys the entire basket and mints your index in a single transaction. Trading fees flow back to holders.

Every buy buys the basket.
Only possible with v4 hooks.
When you trade an index on Bank Stock, a Uniswap v4 hook executes inside the swap. It routes your order across every asset in the basket and mints or burns the index token at net asset value.
Buys mint. Sells burn.
Every buy, the hook buys all 7 stocks from their own pools and mints BANK. Every sell burns BANK and sells the basket. One transaction either way.
No LP to launch
The index needs no liquidity of its own. It’s already in the pools of the tokens it holds, so creators never have to seed a pool.
As deep as the basket
Your fill depends on the depth of the seven underlying pools combined, not on a thin index/stable pool.
Trading fees go to holders. Nobody claims anything.
BANK charges 0.50% a trade. The creator cut is set to zero, so 0.30% of every buy and sell goes back into the basket and 0.20% goes to the protocol. Fees are released into the basket over 24 hours, so after every trade each BANK is backed by a little more.
- Creators pick a fee between 0.25% and 1% at launch
- The fee can never be changed after launch
- No staking, no claiming, no emissions
The index never market-sells.
Rebalances run as Dutch auctions. The index offers what it holds too much of at a price that starts good for holders and gets cheaper every minute until someone fills it. Anyone can fill, and every rebalance gets 48 hours of notice so holders can leave first.

Buy through the hook, not the pool.
There’s a small USDG/BANK pool on Uniswap so BANK shows up on DexScreener. Trades on Bank Stock skip it: they go straight through the hook. If the pool drifts from NAV, arbitrageurs close the gap.
Pair your coin with an index.
Soon you’ll be able to launch a token paired with an index. Buying your coin buys the index, the index buys the basket, and your creator fees come in the index.

Questions, answered.
What exactly am I holding when I hold BANK?
A claim on a basket of seven tokenized stocks held by the index contract. Each BANK can be swapped back for its share of NVDA, META, GOOGL, AAPL, TSLA, MSFT and AMZN at any time, directly onchain.
Why do I need a hook? Why not just a pool?
A Uniswap v4 hook runs code inside the swap. When you buy, the hook buys all seven stocks from their own pools and mints BANK in the same transaction. That means the index needs no liquidity of its own. It is already in the pools of the tokens it holds.
Where do the trading fees go?
BANK charges 0.50% per trade. 0.30% goes back into the basket for holders, 0.20% to the protocol, and the creator cut is 0. Nobody claims anything: fees are released into the basket over 24 hours, so every BANK is backed by a little more after every trade.
Can the fee change after launch?
No. Creators choose a fee between 0.25% and 1% when they launch an index, and it is fixed for the life of the index.
How does rebalancing work without dumping on the market?
The index never market-sells. It runs Dutch auctions, offering what it holds too much of at a price that starts favorable to holders and gets cheaper every minute until someone fills it. Anyone can fill. Every rebalance is announced 48 hours ahead so holders can leave first.
There's a USDG/BANK pool on Uniswap. Should I use that?
Buy through the hook. It mints new BANK at the basket's price with the depth of the seven underlying pools, and hook trades are the ones that pay holders. The small pool exists so BANK shows up on DexScreener. If it drifts from NAV, arbitrageurs close the gap.
Can redemptions ever be paused?
No. Swapping BANK back for the basket has no fee, works without this website, and has no pause function in the contract.
Who can trade?
Buying index tokens on Bank Stock is not available in the United States or the United Kingdom.
